It’s time to stop undervaluing your content, don’t you think?

When Milana Leshinsky launched the very first telesummit, it was NOT free, yet somehow, the free telesummit model has spread all over the online business world, and now it seems to prevail over the paid model.

What a shame!

Because from the host’s point of view, free telesummits often end up as huge business disappointements, and here’s why…

  • Around 20% of people that have subscribed to your telesummit, will unsubscribe as soon as they receive your first post-telesummit Ezine/email;
  • The list you’ll build won’t necessarily consist of your ideal potential clients willing and able to invest in what you have to offer;
  • Only 1-2% of all free telesummit attendees upgrade their access pass or invest in what the speakers are offering, so very few sales are made.

Switching to an actual revenue model and charging for the content being shared during your telesummit will:

  • Bring you more money (!);
  • Help you get a resounding YES by experts that are no longer willing to waste their time on free telesummits;
  • Still allow you to build your list – simply by treating your event as a product launch and offering a few compelling preview calls; AND
  • Attract your perfect prospects that are invested in taking action and achieving success.

I’ve co-hosted a free telesummit in the past, but since I’ve heard Leesa Barnes speak on Kendall Summerhawk’s LEAP stage, I know it’s NOT a model to replicate ever again. Here’s why:

  • you may spend 2 or 3 months working intensively on a project that, at the end, doesn’t pay off at all – it might even cost (not make) you money;
  • you can quite possibly attract an audience that will LOVE you, but won’t have the money or the mindset to invest in working with you, which is not so good when your plan is to magnetize ideal clients you’ll do business with in the (near) future;
  • your speakers may end up disappointed with poor sales and very few commissions, which reduces the probability of them ever wanting to joint venture with you again – or at least be a repeat guest at your next telesummit.

Taken all this into account, it’s pretty clear the way to go is NOT free, isn’t it?

The problem is, it’s difficult to know what’s the most profitable revenue model to choose. The good news, though, is that Leesa Barnes takes all the guess work away with her very special program called Telesummit Pricing Secrets.

Leesa has perfected her step-by-step formula based on thousands of hours of virtual event know how, and now, you can get your hands on it for a fraction of what you’d pay her for private consulting.

In Telesummit Pricing Secrets, you’ll learn:

  • The 4 revenue models that work and how to choose the right one for your telesummit
  • How to use a car buying technique to price your telesummit so it meets every budget, language, learning style and lifestyle (you’ll kick yourself for not using this sooner)
  • How one of Leesa’s colleagues iTunes her telesummit content and how you can use this pricing model to attract attendees
  • Why the topic of your telesummit matters and why attendees will pay more to attend certain topics over others
  • The magic number you must use in your pricing that’ll help you attract a flood of sign-ups
